  1. 將雞胸肉排以5克鹽、子曰北非烘蛋香料及橄欖油15ml (1大匙 / 不在材料單中)醃40分鐘。
  2. 蕃茄、洋蔥、櫛瓜及辣椒洗淨瀝乾,切成小丁後加入鹽2克、黑胡椒粗粒、檸檬汁、蒜頭、橄欖油15ml 、混合均勻後再灑上蘿勒葉備用。
  3. 熱鍋加入橄欖油,將醃好的雞胸肉排放鍋裡煎至表面金黃。
  4. 盛盤時佐以莎莎醬即可享用美味北非風味雞胸肉排。

✔厚度二公分的雞胸肉排二面各煎約3~4分鐘,厚度三公分左右則二面各煎 4~5分鐘。

✔ 櫛瓜可以小黃瓜代替,新鮮蘿勒葉也可使用香菜代替,紫洋蔥口感溫和甘甜很適合與甜蘿勒搭配,但也可使用一般洋蔥代替。










  1. 培根切條狀,蔬菜洗淨,彩椒與洋蔥切小丁,蕃茄切對半備用。 2.熱鍋不需放油即放入培根,轉中小火將培根煎至出油,再加入蒜末、洋蔥丁、彩椒丁及蕃茄拌炒1-2分鐘。
  2. 加入開水、鹽與北非烘蛋香料拌抄均勻後煮約5分鐘,打入雞蛋,蓋上鍋蓋悶約3分鐘,即可開蓋盛盤佐以蘿勒葉,享受美味北非風味培根烘蛋。
