Shipping option
Taiwan main island and outlying islands are delivered through home delivery. Normal temperature products and low temperature products are sent separately, and the freight is calculated separately.
●For a single purchase of food products at room temperature of 1,000 NTD (inclusive), you can enjoy a discount on free room temperature shipping; for those less than 1,000 NTD, you will receive a shipping fee of 100 NTD.
●Single purchase of low-temperature food products of more than 2,000 NTD (inclusive) can enjoy free low-temperature shipping; for those less than 2,000 NTD, 200 NTD will be charged for shipping.

Invoice delivery
● The invoice is sent with the goods. If you need to issue with a Business ID number, please fill in the order | order remarks: Invoice, your Business ID number and invoice header(Company Name).
●The invoice amount is the net amount after deducting your discounted discount.
●If there is any error in the content of the invoice, please submit it within five days after receiving it. Overdue changes cannot be accepted.

Return and Exchange Service
●FleurFleur members can enjoy the right of a hesitation period of seven days from the day after the arrival of the goods (including holidays) for products purchased on the website. Please refer to the return and exchange instructions for frozen and fresh products.
●The hesitation period is not a trial period. If you receive any unsatisfactory items, please do not disassemble and use them, and handle the return within seven days. Please write to the customer service mailbox before returning the goods.
●The goods you return must be completely new and unused products, and please keep the goods themselves, and the completeness of all accompanying materials such as accessories, internal and external sentences, gifts, etc.; if the returned goods have been opened and used, it shall be subject to civil law Article 259 Fleur Fleur reserves the right to require consumers to restore the goods to their original condition or to bear partial compensation.
●Frozen, fresh products, short-lived consumable foods, etc., once thawed, deteriorating due to temperature loss, eating, etc., which cause abnormal product consumption, return and exchange services will not be provided.
●Fresh foods do not apply to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law in accordance with the "Criteria for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Releasing Communication Transactions" and do not enjoy a 7-day appreciation period (non-trial). If the goods are defective, or the goods are thawed or damaged during transportation, If the item is wrong, please keep the product in its original condition after receiving it, take pictures and keep it, and immediately contact customer service to arrange subsequent return and exchange processing.
●If there is any defect in the product itself, please write to the customer service mailbox, and the return and exchange can be handled within seven days.
●If you return the goods due to personal factors, and the amount of the ordered product does not reach the shopping free shipping standard, the original order logistics fee will still be deducted when returning the goods.
