  1. 大蔥洗淨取蔥白的部位,並準備一只鍋加水煮滾後,放進大蔥煮約5分鐘,撈起大蔥,瀝乾水份備用。
  2. 混合鮮奶油、黑胡椒粉及鹽後備用。
  3. 將蔥白的部位捲上火腿放進烤盤,淋上步驟2之醬料最後灑上乳酪絲。
  4. 烤箱設定並預熱至180度後再放入大蔥,烤約25分鐘,即可享用。

✔ 選用大蔥之蔥白部份較為甘甜,若不介意口感,綠色部位也可使用。

✔ 歐式火腿也可以培根片代替。
