Invoice delivery

●If there is any error in the content of the invoice, please submit it within five days after receiving it. Overdue changes cannot be accepted.

Return and Exchange Service
●FleurFleur members can enjoy the right of a hesitation period of seven days from the day after the arrival of the goods (including holidays) for products purchased on the website. Please refer to the return and exchange instructions for frozen and fresh products.
●The hesitation period is not a trial period. If you receive any unsatisfactory items, please do not disassemble and use them, and handle the return within seven days. Please write to the customer service mailbox before returning the goods.
